Data Processing Agreement

This DPA forms part of the Terms when you process personal data of your WhatsApp customers through Agents Shops.

Roles

You are the controller of end-customer conversation content. Elvic IT / Agents Shops is the processor for that content and controller of account/billing data.

Instructions

We process conversation data only to deliver replies, inbox, analytics you request, and to secure the service — not to train public foundation models for unrelated purposes.

Subprocessors

Assistance

We will assist with data subject requests, deletion, and export within commercially reasonable timeframes when you email privacy@agentsshops.no.
